There are several areas on our InvestWell web site or on a loan application where you may be asked to enter personal and non-personal information. We restrict access to the information we obtain about you to only those employees and service providers who need the information to assist with the origination and servicing of your loans through InvestWell. We may also share the information with other necessary parties in your transaction, or as may be required by law or court order.

When you visit an InvestWell web site to complete a loan application or prequalification form you will need to provide personal and financial information such as your name, phone number, Social Security Number, e-mail address, street address, and other information, depending on the program you are interested in.
- Supplementary information for your loan request.
When you complete a prequalification form or loan application it may be necessary for us to supplement the information you provide with information from third party sources. For example, we may use your name and social security number to request a credit report.
You may contact InvestWell through the “Contact Us” feature on our website. Participation in this part of the site is completely voluntary and it is up to you to determine which, whether or not to disclose personal information to us through this format. Any personal information we gather from you through your use of the “Contact Us” feature will not be sold to any person or organization. However, your information may be shared with other parties relevant to your transaction to help resolve any issues you report to us.

Altering Information You Submit to InvestWell
- Changing your Information
You may be able to change personal information on an active loan or pre-qualification request by contacting our customer service center at info@investwell.com or 972-889-7323.
- Deleting your Information
Even if your loan request is withdrawn, by law, we cannot delete this information. We store all the information you might provide securely. Please reference the section in our Privacy Policy regarding Security for details on how your information is maintained.
Opting Out of Communications
Periodically, InvestWell may send you e-mails regarding new loan programs, web site updates, changes to our products or services, or other information that we think may be relevant to you. We will NEVER share your e-mail address with third party companies. How our Privacy Policy is Monitored
Periodically InvestWell will hire a third party security company to perform a security audit. Recommendations from these audits will be reviewed and implemented as required.
